Capitol Hill DADU

This DADU in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle was designed for a mobility impaired person. Working with limited available lot coverage, the design includes an accessible stair with a first-floor powder room tucked beneath it. The shed roof accommodates clerestory windows for added interior light and stack ventilation.
